Kismycandle Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
At Kismycandle, every candle is handcrafted with premium wax, fine fragrance oils, and quality materials to ensure excellent performance from the moment you light it. We stand by the craftsmanship of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Kismycandle ships all orders through USPS Priority Mail, which includes insurance and built-in package protection.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, the customer must file a claim directly through USPS.
This process allows USPS to review the issue and provide reimbursement based on their policy.
To help USPS process your claim quickly, please keep the following:

Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Your USPS tracking number
We will gladly assist by providing any documents or information required for your claim.
Returns and Exchanges
Because our candles are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This ensures product integrity and prevents misuse of return policies.
Refunds
Kismycandle does not provide refunds for purchased items. This includes, but is not limited to:
