Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our candles, Kismycandle does not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 1 day of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We do not offer wholesale at this time due to the high cost of producing our handcrafted luxury dessert candles. Under special circumstances, we may accommodate bulk orders, but availability is not guaranteed. For the best results, trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface, and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Simply select the appropriate gift package option when adding your candle to the cart, and we’ll ensure it’s beautifully wrapped and ready for the recipient.
We carefully package every Kismycandle order to help ensure it arrives safely. However, once a package is accepted by the shipping carrier, damage that occurs during transit must be addressed through the carrier’s claims process.If your order arrives damaged, please retain the damaged item, all original packaging, and the shipping box, and take clear photos of the damage. If your order was shipped through the U.S. Postal Service and the shipment is eligible for a claim, a claim may be filed directly with USPS.Please contact Kismycandle if you need information from your order to assist with the claims process.
